Blogger vs. WordPress
By
This is a great subject for me since I have 14 Blogger sites. Franky Blogger has added some great new tools and is, without a doubt, much easier to use. And, I must say that Google has done a great job improving the process.
So, why switch to WordPress? I must 1st mention that I am not talking about WordPress.com (the free version). If that is what you are considering, I would stay where you are. WordPress.org ( the self-hosted version) has many features, plug-ins, cooll templates, etc. that I just couldn’t resist.
The primary motivation, initially, was to own my domain without redirecting it to a .blogspot URL. While the Google algorithms are an enigma at best, it is clear to me that redirecting or forwarding a URL does not help your position in the search engines.
So, WordPress, here I come. I will be sharing great tools, widgets, and plug-ins as I discover more of the OVER 2,000 options.

Once again you’re the master at ferreting out the wheat from the chaff, or at least in this case the ‘whole wheat’;-)
I too found Blogger easy to use, and now that I’m getting settled in with WordPress.org, I’m Really more pleased with the expanded options, flexibility and results.
I’m glad I made the move…
Thank you

I have looked at both Blogger and WordPress. Right know I am using Blogger but would definitely be interested in a WordPress blog as it looks more polished.

Hi Cath, good to share your thoughts on WordPress and Blogger
My marketing skills are zero, 3 years and not a cent earned.
However i have 4 blogger blogs and all ranked no1 (I think google
loves blogs). Blogger is so easy to use as i gained these rankings in
only 3 weaks. My wordpress site hit no1 in 7 days but i little bit
more difficult to work on. Good to read your comments

JIM
P.S. ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO CONVERT RANKINGS TO SALES
